Benefits
If you have a 10-year-old roof and your home burns down, the insurance company doesn’t give you another 10-year-old roof, you get a new one. But if your roof leaks, all they will typically pay for is a patch and some paint. They get away with this, because 90% of homeowners have no idea what it means to be properly indemnified, and have never even read their policy. This allows the insurance company to pay pennies on the dollar of what is actually owed. Our expertise ensures the insurance company will treat you fairly. Our job is to return your property to Pre-Loss Condition.
Check out the OPPAGA Report regarding Public Adjusters and the settlements we obtain. See Page 7 exhibit 6 for the specifics, you will be surprised at the numbers.
Fees We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning if you don’t get paid, neither do we. Our fee varies based on the extent of the damage and typically is deducted from the insurance company’s final settlement check. You do not pay out-of-pocket for the deductible, and we do not take a fee off the deductible.
